Updates

I just added Australian Political Blogs to the sidebar. I had meant to do this a long time ago - about the same time I planned to start reading some Australian political blogs to keep up with the gossip. I did neither.

Their addition here is not likely to lead me to more reading of their content, but it’s one of the two things ticked off the list.

I unashamedly lifted these links from John Quiggin. I’ve read some of them before, but others I’m just taking it for given that they may be somewhat useful. On first glance they’re mostly left-wing, which means I’ll need to add some balance at some point. Enjoy.

Journalism students are QUT are always so up and go about politics in every aspect of life. The other day i overheard an argument at another table about the outcome of this year’s Big Brother winner as a result of a political conspiracy. I just thought it was the mindless masses who ran that show - not i know its Howard and all his other closet BB fans.

Hm. I guess I could join their important debate if I knew who won BB. I don’t, though. I’ve found UQ journalism students never get all political. Never. Maybe the journo people I know just don’t care.
