Arsenal are being investigated by FIFA for possibly having control over another club - one result of the investigation could be expulsion from the Champions League.
They heavily invested in a small Belgian club. The strangest thing was when that club dropped all their regular (Belgian) players for a swag of west Africans from the same Ivory Coast academy. Then Arsenal signed Emmanuel Eboue from said club.
